Craig Cardiff is a nationally touring act but never loses touch with his fans at the grassroots level. "Making music is a collaborative experience between the performer + the listener," says Cardiff. Playing churches, theatres, festival stages + cafes, he feeds off of intimate experiences with audience members + often challenges the boundaries of performance by taking his music into people’s homes.

Passionate + eclectic, charismatic + captivating, this alt-folk, swoon-worthy acoustic balladeer charms audiences with comedic banter, unabashed honesty + raw talent. A strong + polished singer-songwriter, Cardiff captivates listeners with vivid anecdotes, surreal poetry + clever lyrics, embedded in rich melodies.
Building landscapes of sound using live digital loops, he seemingly sings lead vocals + harmonies + plays rhythm + lead guitar all at the same time.

Cardiff’s 8 self-produced albums range in sound experimentation + collaboration, always placing emphasis on "recording a moment in time". He takes us back "to the good old days when musicians wrote music, when…the soul of an artist could be fed by the intricacies of daily life instead of greed... (he's) a man with a mission to honour the sacred connection between musician + the audience. A genuine artist... someone who still sees beauty in the forgotten + overlooked (Gauntlet Entertainment).
